Last week it was announced that “Gorgeous George” Clooney and his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis had split. Another one bites the dust as they say.
Photo: GETTY
Elisabetta had recently spoken out saying that she wanted to get married and that she wouldn’t be with a man who didn’t want to get married. WHAT THE HELL WERE YOU DOING WITH CLOONEY THEN LOVE??
I’m not sure how many times the man has to say that he doesn’t want to get married before these women start to listen. He has been married and admitted he was crap at marriage and doesn’t want to do it again. It’s not rocket science. Unless you want to be his girlfriend and childless (he doesn’t want kids either) then don’t go near him (unless for a night of steamy hot sex of course)
I’m almost certain that this is not a problem that George has on his own. As women, why don’t we listen when a man says he doesn’t want to get married, setlle down, have kids. Why do we always believe that we will be the one to change them? I’ve done it myself, nearly sent myself COMPLETELY MENTAL in the process and it was my own fault for not listening to what was being said to me.
So here is my advice. If a man says he’s not marriage material, doesn’t want a serious relationship etc etc. Take him seriously and run 100 miles in the other direction. You’ll save yourself a lot of time, game playing and heartache!

I have a little tabby cat called Sadie. She is very very loving. In fact, she is the most needy, touchy feely, affectionate cat you could hope to meet.
These traits meant that she will happily go into other people’s houses, accept food, cuddles and bed for the day, before trotting home later on.
I have recently come to the realisation that this is not ideal as she has taken to visiting the “odd couple” downstairs and I find myself out calling for her at 11pm in pjs like a crazy person. She has also recently developed a very stinky trump habit and I think that maybe she’s being fed things she shouldn’t be. It’s horrendous.
If it weren’t for the fact that we are moving in a few weeks I’d have to go and ask them not to let her in and to definitely stop feeding her as it’s clearly not agreeing with her!
My point to this little tale, is that although it may seem like you’re being kind. Don’t take other cats into your home and feed them. It can cause a bit of a problem for their actual family. We’re almost wearing clothes pegs on our noses!!

Today I am going on my Hen Do. Confused you may be, as yes, I am, already married.
However, as we snuck off for the first wedding, I did not have a hen do. I was also 8 months pregnant, it would have been the world’s most boring hen do, had there been one.
So, in advance of my marriage blessing in July, my 3 lovely bridesmaids have organised me a hen do to beat all hen dos. I imagine it will be anyway, for I have no idea where I’m going, or in fact, who is going. I do know that they have got me an “outfit” to wear on Saturday night.
I promise to post photos next week, unless I am too ashamed and if that’s the case then I will be changing the bridesmaid dresses to this…
